Andrea is a professional organisational coach and consultant. Andrea brings deep insight to the relationships between employees, managers and organisational strategies. She has over 25 years of international corporate experience.  For most of her corporate life, Andrea held senior HR roles at General Electric, responsible for large client groups in the Finance, Energy and Manufacturing divisions across Asia Pacific.

Andrea is a certified organisational coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership Australia.  Andrea is also a sessional teacher in the VET sector delivering Leadership, Management and HR programs, which brings her into contact with those passionate professionals stepping towards leadership & management careers.

Andrea is not only experienced in teaching & coaching individuals but also facilitating group coaching programs during process improvement, change implementation, employee engagement and cultural change projects.

Andrea loves working across rural Victoria and has explored that in further detail since moving to the North East of Victoria 6 years ago.   Andrea has worked with some large regional based clients focussing on strategic planning, talent acquisition, development and retention, succession planning, cultural change, leadership coaching and support and managing through difficult times.

Andrea works with her clients to gain real insight into those traits which will help them to achieve their goals and those that will potentially derail them.  With these insights the aim is to then help all those she works with to take actions that will see them reach their full potential.

Andrea has worked with large employers including General Electric, Australia Post, IMAX, Starwood Hotels, and Crown Hotels. Her coaching and consulting clients include Fonterra, Fairfax, Kimberly Clark, Australian Tax Office, Landmark, Coffey, Munters, ATEL and Beechworth Bakery.
