Danelle Jones

A trusted catalyst for change, Danelle is valued for building strong networks and teams predicated on openness and transparency in complex stakeholder and technology landscapes. She is a driven professional with a firm belief in the pursuit of the humanistic organisation, as a model for creating an intrinsically motivated community at work. Her proven ability to redesign and mobilise collaborative teams for a customer-oriented approach enables responsiveness and resilience in fast-paced environments and evolving technologies.

Danelle works with teams and one-on-one with executives to unlock their personal transformations in a variety of ways – whether utilising Structural Dynamics (since 2016) or mindfulness, nutrition, and trauma-informed wilderness retreats that build fundamental capabilities required of great communicators, great leaders.  She has personally held executive roles in organisations, requiring the fine balance between performance under pressure and wholistic, transformational change towards workplaces that embrace diversity, embody compassion and facilitate distributed decision making.

Danelle has been an enterprise transformation executive coach with multinational companies, utilising a variety of techniques including Lean, Agile, Systems Thinking (among others) to lead the cultivation of responsive organisations.   She has worked with reinventing finance and investment practices, success and performance measurement and developing of high performing distributed teams at a significant scale. She is passionate about creating Leading-edge immersive experiences for leadership development, blending mindfulness practice, wilderness team-building and the special sauce on techniques for responsive organisations.

Danelle holds a degree in architecture, is a volunteer rural firefighter, and does all her own work on her ‘83 V8 Ford Bronco.
