Helen is a master certified coach, experienced psychotherapist and group facilitator with a special interest in diversity and inclusion. Her interest lies in how organisations can harness the diversity within their teams to create a climate of psychological safety and a sense of belonging. Both of these factors play a key role in performance, well-being and retention.

She brings with her over 20 years experience in both the private and public sectors in various types of management, cross-organisational and clinical roles. She has worked across a range of organisations from large property development companies to smaller, not for profit organisations .

Helen is an experienced reflective practitioner, who holds high her own practice supervision. She has a wealth of past experience from leading and mentoring teams in both the corporate and clinical environment, combined with 15 years working as an accomplished psychotherapist in complex environments and in interpersonal group work.

Her passion in working with clients to build and sustain a high level of psychological safety within organisations, brings with it an active adult experiential learner, who is able to hold and contain groups as they explore what matters and what is needed to shift, in order to achieve improved team and organisational health, well-being and performance.

Helen lives in Melbourne, loves to travel and enjoys hiking the Yarra trails with her dog Charley.
