Louise Dudley
Louise has decades of leadership experience in C Suite and non-executive director roles. Louise is passionate about culture, leadership and innovation, and deeply committed to sustainability.
Louise is particularly proud of her leadership roles in transforming organisations, creating purpose and value, and establishing psychologically safe workplaces, where people are deeply engaged, and where change and performance is embraced.
After a rewarding executive career, Louise will be drawing on her own leadership experience as an Executive, CEO and Board Director and coach in supporting other leaders and organisations embedding the core principles of psychological safety into their workplaces, and in building strong, constructive relationships and networks.
Louise’s prior roles include Chief Executive Officer Urban Utilities where she held the position for 10 years, and prior to this, was the utility’s founding Chief Financial Officer. Preceding Urban Utilities’ formation, Louise held several senior management roles at Brisbane City Council, including Executive Manager Water Retail and Chief Procurement Officer.
Prior to joining Brisbane City Council, Louise spent 17 years with leading accounting and advisory firm, KPMG. Louise’s governance experience includes ASX listed companies, government-owned corporations, professional associations, not-for-profits and private organisations, including entities with a global footprint.
Qualifications
Louise is a Chartered Accountant by profession and holds a range of qualifications including a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She has completed INSEAD’s Executive Education Program and is an Engineering Executive.
