Natarsha Hearn

Natarsha is a deeply experienced global executive coach and team system specialist.

Natarsha’s business context was formed in investment banking and consulting. As a business leader at Merrill Lynch, Natarsha developed the plan, then grew a business from zero to $1 billion in incremental order flow. As a people and culture executive, Natarsha was responsible for HR, L&D across Australasia and acquisitions. As a consultant, she worked to lead and deliver various transformation initiatives.

Natarsha came to recognise the tremendous influence leaders had to either unlock or lock-down capacity. She saw their growth as a potential inflection point for teams and systems. She followed her curiosity and passion, retrained and transitioned into her second career as an executive coach in 2002. Natarsha has delivered thousands of coaching hours, taking pleasure in working with emerging to C-level executives, always in a partnership of equals. She has coached individuals through to multiple leaders in large-scale, global transformation programs, dramatically expanding her own business context across industries, sectors and countries.

Natarsha’s coaching approach includes working simultaneously across two equally vital layers of a leader’s experience. Firstly, using what the leader is experiencing now – the big work of a business and people leader in complex times – to leverage and maximise their unique leadership in practical, tangible terms. Secondly, helping the leader do the more patient work of stepping back and using the pressing challenges and opportunities of immediate experience to inform, shape and refine a coherent internal organising structure from which to engage. This orients the leader to their own inner stability from which they can then meet the dynamic realities of work and life. Qualifications

Natarsha holds many coach-specific certifications and accreditations, including from the International Coach Federation.  She has an MBA and a Post Graduate Diploma, Management Studies.

Certified member of the International Coach Federation and served as an ICF Australasian Board Member and Chair of the ICF Victoria Board.
