Rudi is experienced as a coach, facilitator and consultant, working in private and public organisations since 2012.

Prior to this he enjoyed a 15 year career as a Technology Consultant and later a  management consultant at Big Four firms, working across Australia, Europe and South-East Asia. During his time as a consultant working on a large mining engagement, he personally experienced the impact that effective leadership has on project outcomes; he discovered a passion for working with emerging leaders to transform them into courageous executives who lead themselves and their teams.

Rudi combines his strategic and leadership development experience to help organisations make progress on their strategic imperatives; he collaborates with his clients to develop strategies that aim to bring cultural/behavioural into closer alignment with strategic priorities. This can often include letting go of individual or collective assumptions and behaviours that have been identified to impede growth.

Drawing from a broad spectrum of resources and practical learning experiences to inform a whole-systems approach to his work, Rudi catalyses his expertise in adaptive leadership, systemic intelligence and organisation constellations to help people, teams and organisations close the gap between where they currently are to where they aspire to be.

A calm and curious individual, Rudi’s is known for his pragmatic approach to coaching and ability to ”meet” and support clients in their context. He cultivates a safe and reflective space where leaders develop the ability to trust themselves, connect with their contexts’ and integrate different perspectives.

A father of two, Rudi enjoys spending time with his family, and his other interests outside of work include playing and watching basketball, hiking, and qi gong.

Rudi holds an Executive Masters in Change from INSEAD, certificates in Adaptive Leadership from the Harvard Kennedy School and Kansas Leadership Circle.

Rudi is a member of the Australian Adaptive Leadership Institute, a Certified Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and a Certified Lectical Coach.
