Our Story
PeopleTalking has evolved over the last decade and has been leading the way in systemic and dialogic coaching. We continue to innovate to best meet changing needs of organisations team’s skills and experiences facilitate proven PeopleTalking programmes and tailored interventions to meet every client’s specific needs based on two unique approaches, Psychological Safety and Structural Dynamics.
We work with diverse Australian and international companies, large and small, at every stage of their evolution. Diversity is a key theme running through our work at PeopleTalking and we see it as a strength within our own organisation. Meet the PeopleTalking team here, which comprises people from a range of different backgrounds and industries, all of whom have experience of leading change themselves.

Kieran White
CEO
Kieran’s primary interest lies in how organisations can unlock the untapped resources within individuals, teams and groups, enabling organisational systems to change more purposefully over time. Kieran draws on 20 years’ experience in team and group dynamics, prior to which he held senior leadership roles in Europe and Asia-Pacific.

David Metherell
DIRECTOR
David works collaboratively with individuals, teams and organisations to build capability and support purposeful change, and to improve business momentum through closer strategic and cultural alignment. He draws on more than 20 years’ experience as a senior corporate leader, and as a coach and consultant since 2004.

Edna McKelvey
ADVISOR
Edna is an executive coach, accredited supervisor of other coaches, groups and clinicians, and a team/group facilitator. She brings to her work more than 30 years’ international corporate experience in management, sales, marketing and consulting, working for multinationals in Australia, UK and North America.

Dr David Kantor
1927-2021
FOUNDER, STRUCTURAL DYNAMICS
An American systems psychologist, organizational consultant, and clinical researcher, Dr. Kantor was the founder of three research and training institutes, the author of numerous books and articles, and the inventor of a series of psychometric instruments that provide insight into individual and group behaviors.

Matt Caulfield
CREATIVE CONSULTANT
Matt’s work as a designer and creative director spans 20 years and two countries, Australia and the UK. He brings to People Talking a wealth of experience working in content and advertising industries and multi-media creative direction across print, video and digital platforms.

Carmen Attard
FINANCE MANAGER
Throughout her 20-year career in accounting and finance, Carmen has focused on providing high service, professionalism and integrity in every facet of her work. She is a supportive leader and focuses on providing key financial information for decision support to senior executives.

Amanda Rogers
OFFICE MANAGER
Amanda’s role at PeopleTalking is often behind the scenes in the engine room which keeps the business running. Her varied and valued role includes the efficient maintaining of project plans and schedules, monitoring work flow and budgets for the team, as well as supporting clients around the world in setting up multi-person programmes.

Loretta Brown
Loretta provides highly confidential, strategic leadership coaching to Directors, CEOs, and post-executive career leaders in large-scale change and decision-making roles with national influence.
She partners with leaders who feel called by values that put people and the planet at the heart of action and decision-making; and who are working to restore organisations and institutions to health.

Marisa Dantanarayana
Marisa has been an executive coach and facilitator since 2002, has coached hundreds of Executives and has international business and not-for-profit board experience. She is one of only 24 coaches Australia wide to hold the ICF’s MCC credential, the highest international coach qualification. Prior to Executive Coaching, Marisa had a highly successful track record as an executive in the corporate world.

Rudi Doku

An experienced Human Capital Consultant, specialising in leadership development and organisational development. Areas of specialisation include: Organisation & People development, Capability Development, Adaptability, Resilience, Coaching, Individual Diagnostics & Debriefs.

Bronwen Downie
(she/her)
Bronwen is a leadership coach whose formative experience in team dynamics was gained in the elite sporting environment, where team cohesion is an essential ingredient for high performance and winning defines success. Bronwen brings a unique perspective on finding balance between individual autonomy, team leadership.

Louise Dudley
Louise has decades of leadership experience in C Suite and non-executive director roles. Louise is passionate about culture, leadership and innovation, and deeply committed to sustainability.
Louise is particularly proud of her leadership roles in transforming organisations, creating purpose and value, and establishing psychologically safe workplaces, where people are deeply engaged, and where change and performance is embraced.

Jo Fisher
Jo works with individuals and organizations in building systemic people solutions. Jo has interests in diversity, leadership development and cross cultural coaching. Jo loves working across organisations to influence change across the system. Jo is an experienced coach and coaching supervisor and works across all levels of employees, executives and groups.

Helen Forrow

Helen is a master certified coach, experienced psychotherapist and group facilitator with a special interest in diversity and inclusion. Her interest lies in how organisations can harness the diversity within their teams to create a climate of psychological safety and a sense of belonging.

Natarsha Hearn
Natarsha is a deeply experienced global executive coach and team system specialist.
Natarsha’s business context was formed in investment banking and consulting. As a business leader at Merrill Lynch, Natarsha developed the plan, then grew a business from zero to $1 billion in incremental order flow. As a people and culture executive, Natarsha was responsible for HR, L&D across Australasia and acquisitions. As a consultant, she worked to lead and deliver various transformation initiatives.

Andrea Ibbott
Andrea is a professional organisational coach and consultant who brings deep insight to the relationships between employees, managers and organisational strategies with over 25 years’ international corporate experience. She has held senior HR roles at General Electric, responsible for large client groups in finance, energy and manufacturing divisions across Asia-Pacific.

She brings 20+ years’ experience in complex transformation programs across sectors and industries. Chantäl is passionate about leadership and human behaviour and obsessed with understanding what makes change happen.

Tim Rossi
Tim Rossi has been supporting teams with leadership training, coaching and facilitation services for over 25 years.
Through his insight and experience he supports and empowers teams through dialogue and reflection, including facilitation support in strategic planning through to executional phases.

Alex Smith
Alex is a highly experienced executive educator, coach and facilitator with over 24 years’ experience working in people and organisational development. He focuses on the balance and connections between an individual’s development, their team and the organisational context. Alex has a particular interest in raising awareness of how unseen systemic forces in organisational life can get in the way of effective leadership.

Sarah Tocker

Sarah is focused on supporting people to create lasting improvements, personally and organisationally. She understands the complexities of the public sector and how adaptive leaders need to be, to be effective.

Gillian Turner
Gillian is an experienced executive coach and mentor, group facilitator and consultant for senior leaders and their teams. Her work with clients draws on her own 25+ years global leadership experience – as CEO and Board director – combined with extensive training and experience in coaching, counselling and team dynamics.

Andrea van der Merwe
Andrea has more than 20 years’ experience working in corporate and consulting roles across three continents. She has been coaching leaders and teams for 10 years, with experience in private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Andrea’s areas of specialisation are change leadership, working with high-performance teams and enabling collaborative cultures.
