Amy Miszalski

As a coach and facilitator, Amy draws on her background in business and in organisational psychology. She has been working with individuals and teams for more than 20 years, specialising in change, leadership and culture. ​

Amy brings a strengths-based, solutions-focused and systemic approach to partner with individuals, groups and teams to enhance effectiveness and realise potential. Amy draws on evidence-based practices and is committed to staying at the cutting edge of research and practice in coaching and is actively engaged in professional development activities including coaching supervision. She has a passion for development and change and is committed to building resourcefulness and capability and the value of this is provided in ongoing feedback from her clients. ​

Amy has a reputation for OD thought leadership in enhancing employee engagement and delivering behavioural outcomes from organisational cultural programs. She specialises in working with performance management & feedback; values, behaviours & ethics; as well as inclusion & diversity and in embedding safety and wellbeing cultures.
