The Training Pathway

Become accredited in the tools and methodology enabling you to support high quality conversations and a culture where people and organisations can perform and thrive.

  • Open to those already using the concepts as well as those learning for the first time
  • Comprised of three discrete programs where practitioners learn to successfully facilitate change within individuals, groups, and systems
  • Each level of the training programs includes work on understanding the self and systems, combining a conceptual framework with experiential learning and personal reflection

Structural Dynamics Level 1 – Making Change Happen

A foundational course in using Structural Dynamics and the corresponding baseline instrument to create transformational change.

A unique program, it equips leaders, coaches, and organisational development professionals to get beneath the surface of deeply ingrained interpersonal behaviours.

The course teaches participants how to understand and intervene on observable behaviours ‘in the room’ – creating an opportunity to recognise and change unproductive patterns of communication.

On completion, participants are certified to use the Kantor Baseline Instrument with their organisation and clients.

Structural Dynamics Level 2 – Changing Behaviour in High Stakes

This is an intermediate-level course that offers practitioners, coaches, and facilitators the opportunity to examine what drives human behaviour in crisis through the lens of Structural Dynamics. It’s open to those who have successfully completed the entry-level 1 program, Making Change Happen.

It offers a unique opportunity to fully understand high stakes behaviour and how to manage it in individuals and teams. It also explores how well you intentionally manage your behaviour when the stakes are raised and pressure builds, uncovering the triggers and revealing ways to recognise it and be able to work with it in teams.

Our past story helps to contextualise the present and it’s through this tested frame that we view the world. In crisis, it explains an individual’s best and worst behaviour; how they interpret others and the clashes they are likely to encounter.

Using David Kantor’s theory of Structural Dynamics, we explore the powerful, but invisible forces which drive our face-to-face interaction when the stakes are high.
