Our programs are designed to meet people where they are in terms of their learning needs and level of readiness. Some learning is self-paced, asynchronous and online; some is delivered live in virtual or in-person settings; and much is tailored to the specific context of a team or organisation. The common factor in all is a focus on building capability in having high quality conversations which meet real challenges and deliver lasting change.

Circles & Diamonds
Circles & Diamonds is a proprietary, practical dialogue model for leaders and teams navigating complexity, participation, and decision-making. It helps teams structure conversations to move from open discussion to clear decisions and aligned action.
Delivered online, virtually, or in person, the program builds awareness and skills to manage both the what of the conversation (content) and the how (process & behaviour), supporting teams to participate fully, respond intentionally, and develop lasting conversational capability.

Fearless Leadership – Psychological Safety
These programs are grounded in the research of Professor Amy C. Edmondson, a global leader in psychological safety and team effectiveness.
Designed for leaders at all levels, these programs focus on building the conditions where people feel safe to speak up, learn, challenge ideas and contribute fully. Through practical insights and real-world application, participants develop the skills to lead with openness, accountability and care – especially in moments of pressure and change.
Fearless Leadership programs can be completed online, used as preparation for in-person work, or integrated into broader leadership development initiatives.
Structural Dynamics
Our Structural Dynamics programs are based on the breakthrough work of Dr. David Kantor and support deep insight into how patterns of interaction shape behaviour, performance and outcomes.
Delivered through blended and online learning, they equip leaders, coaches and practitioners to recognise recurring interpersonal patterns and intervene in ways that create lasting change. Practitioner pathways include formal accreditation programs for those seeking to apply Structural Dynamics in organisational and coaching contexts.
