Andrea is an organisational coach, consultant, and facilitator who works with leaders and teams to improve performance, safety and wellbeing through high-quality conversations. Her work focuses on helping organisations strengthen how people work together in complex, high-pressure environments, particularly where competing demands arise across performance, safety, and people.

Andrea brings over 25 years of international corporate and consulting experience in human resources, leadership and organisational effectiveness. She has lived and worked across Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific, including senior roles with global organisations such as General Electric. Her experience spans a range of industries, including manufacturing, energy, mining, financial services, and large-scale service environments. Through her work with GE, she has supported teams operating in site-based and FIFO contexts, giving her a practical understanding of the dynamics and pressures present in these environments.
Andrea has a strong interest in how leaders and teams operate under pressure and the impact this has on decision-making, performance, and wellbeing. She works alongside leaders to strengthen team dynamics, support effective change implementation, and create the conditions for open, productive and accountable conversations. Her approach is grounded and practical, helping translate leadership intent into everyday behaviours that shift how teams function.
She is particularly experienced in working with remote, rural, and regional teams and understands the realities of operational environments where complexity, risk, and pace are constant. Andrea is known for her ability to quickly build trust, understand context, and create environments where people can think clearly, speak openly, and work more effectively together.
Alongside her consulting and coaching work, Andrea is an experienced instructional designer, creating leadership programs and blended learning solutions that are engaging, practical and aligned to real work challenges.
