Andrea is a professional organisational coach, consultant, facilitator and instructional designer. She thrives on working with leaders and teams to help them uncover the insights needed to improve their communication, collaboration and ultimately, their wellbeing at work and at home.
Andrea is a skilled instructional designer and has decades of experience in designing and developing face-to-face, virtual and online leadership and team programs and resources. She has over 25 years of international corporate senior HR and leadership experience in a range of industries in Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific.
Andrea enjoys working in remote, rural and regional areas. Andrea is also experienced in facilitating group coaching programs for process improvement, change implementation, employee engagement and cultural change projects. Andrea is a certified organisational coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership Australia and a qualified VET facilitator.

Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management • Certified L2 coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
