Kieran White
Founder & Chief Vision Officer
Kieran’s primary interest lies in how organisations can unlock the untapped resources within individuals, teams and groups, enabling organisational systems to change more purposefully over time.

Kieran White is the Founder and Chief Vision Officer of PeopleTalking, a consultancy which specialises in helping organisations build better environments for the organisation and its people to thrive. Over the last 30 years, Kieran has worked with hundreds of leaders and teams, and is an internationally recognised expert in the field of conversational agility, psychological safety, and human systems psychology.
Kieran’s particular expertise is in supporting leaders and teams become more conscious and skilled at supporting their organisation create conditions which support sustainable high performance.
Kieran continues to work with selected leaders and teams directly, however, now spends most of his time generating new approaches to the work and being a design and delivery thinking partner for other PeopleTalking team members.
Kieran holds a first degree in Finance, a Grad Dip in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and a Masters in Applied Psychotherapy.
Kieran now lives in Sydney, Australia, is a father of two teenage girls, and is a passionate all age master’s athlete, having represented Australia at 4 x World Championships in Sprint, Standard and Long-Distance Duathlon.
Qualifications
Kieran holds both a Masters in Applied Psychotherapy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting.

Kieran is a member of the International Coaching Council (ICC), the International Coach Federation (ICF), the Australian Association of Supervisors (AAOS) and an accredited supervisor of the Psychotherapist and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).
