Marcelo Agolti

Marcelo’s model of coaching is based on ontological coaching, has four axes, Systems-Thinking, Dialogue, Structural Dynamics and Vertical Leadership Development. This model is based on the requirement for individuals and organisations to be continually learning and building the capacity to think together.​

Marcelo’s own development as an ontological coach allows him to establish a relationship of trust with others and, from that base, apply a rich diversity of tools and models which he carefully selects and strategically combines. ​

Marcelo was HR Manager for ENERSA, Electric Company. He reported with the CEO of the company, His responsibilities were in the area of training, introduction of change management programs among other in the field. ​

Marcelo is an authorised Training Provider from the Kantor Institute. He has facilitated the Making Change Happen Programme in different countries and has coached people through their certification process. He also works with teams, training and facilitating learning process with them. ​

He has written several articles in business magazines, and he´s co-author, with Isabelle Pujol and other Pluribus facilitators, of the book: “Inclusion Around The Clock: Celebrating Diversity & Inclusion with Pluribus”.​

Qualifications and Training

Marcelo holds an MBA as well a certification in corporate finance and in agriculture business. He is a PhD candidate, in Business Administration in UCA (Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina). ​

Lecturer at Defensive Routines and Change Theory of the Master Program of Coaching and Organizaciontal Change at Salvador University.​

Lecturer at General Administration in Pontifical Catholic University. ​

Lecturer of Effective Communications and Conflict Resolutions of the Master Program (MBA) at Universidad Adventista del Plata
