Marisa Dantanarayana

Marisa has been an executive coach and facilitator since 2002, has coached hundreds of Executives and has international business and not-for-profit board experience. She is one of only approx. 30 coaches Australia wide to hold the ICF’s MCC credential, the highest international coach qualification.
Marisa is the Director of Training/Unit Convenor, and facilitator of the Swinburne Post Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching. Her experience spans across a diverse range of clients from large corporations to small businesses, from public to private and NFP sector. She works with teams, groups and individuals, from C-Suite to middle management.
Prior to Executive Coaching, Marisa had a highly successful track record as an executive in the corporate world. She has worked for leading global companies and has a track record for growing businesses across multiple industries. Marisa was a Regional Board Member of the International Coach Federation Australasia (ICFA) and President for the Victorian Chapter. She is also the Co-Founder and Director of Footprint, providing mentoring platforms.
Marisa’s facilitation style is pragmatic, she is a people person and thrives on feeling connected with others whilst balancing this with a results oriented, analytical, systematic approach to learning. Marisa is known for her ability to ask the hard questions and for her solid business acumen, seeking alignment of behaviour with business objectives and personal values. She currently spends her time coaching individuals, groups and teams, designing and facilitating leadership development programs, teaching coaching skills to leaders and implementing internal mentoring programs. She enjoys working with clients aspiring “to live their ideal self” more often, and teams looking to enhance their effectiveness.
