Natarsha has worked across sectors and industries, with particular depth of experience in global tech. She has partnered with leaders in Australia, New Zealand, India, China, Japan, parts of SE Asia, Europe, North America and the Middle East.

Natarsha’s coaching approach is open and adaptive to meet each individual client – she does not colour-by-numbers. That said, she stands by a core practice model that includes working simultaneously across two equally important layers of a leader’s experience. Firstly, using what the leader is experiencing now – the big work of a business and people leader in complex times – for rapid, tangible goal attainment. Secondly, helping the leader do the more patient work of stepping back to learn and to shape a coherent internal organising structure. This orients the leader to their own inner stability from which they can meet the dynamic realities of work and life – in easy and challenging times.

Natarsha’s own business context was formed in investment banking and consulting. As a business leader at Merrill Lynch, Natarsha developed the vision, key strategies and execution plans, growing the business from zero to $1 billion in incremental order flow. As a people and culture executive, Natarsha was responsible for HR, L&D across Australasia, and acquisitions. As a consultant, she worked to lead and deliver various transformation initiatives.

Ultimately, Natarsha helps leaders experience themselves as well-equipped, purposeful and thriving in the midst of all that work and life brings.

Qualifications

Natarsha holds many coach-specific certifications and accreditations. She has an MBA and a Post Graduate Diploma, Management Studies.​
