Patrice Feary

Patrice’s interest and success focuses on working alongside individuals and teams to help them better understand the impact their behaviours have – how behaviours influence performance, culture and outcomes, not only for those individuals and their teams, but for their organisations and their wider communities.

Patrice studied commerce and sport science at Otago University and has worked across various executive sales and strategic brand and marketing roles, including globally with Coca-Cola, founding and selling her own Marketing Consultancy, and working for professional services firm KPMG. She has cross sector experience spanning consumer-packaged goods, the global wine industry, dairy, aviation, and infrastructure sectors.

Patrice is a strategic thinker and practical problem solver, and underpinning all of her commercial acumen is her passion for people. At the heart of every role, she has undertaken has been an underlying interest in human behaviour and connection, whether in relation to customers, consumers or colleagues. She believes that the role we play as individuals – how we show up and how we contribute and connect in our respective teams, is what unlocks the magic.
