Riddhika Khoosal

Riddhika operates from the fundamental belief that human and business outcomes are mutually reinforcing, and that human sustainability is a primary driver of organisational success. An ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and an Organisational Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC), Riddhika helps businesses reimagine the systems, team dynamics, and “human architecture” required for both people and strategy to thrive in tandem.

Prior to her work as a consultant, Riddhika spent over a decade in the corporate FMCG sector with blue-chip organisations including Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, and L’Oréal. She was responsible for shaping brand plans, category strategy, and product innovation for iconic power brands such as Dove, Listerine, Persil, and Rexona. This extensive commercial background, combined with her experience living and working across Australia, India, and the United Kingdom, allows her to bring a nuanced, global perspective to systemic transformation and the complex dynamics of diverse, multi-functional teams.

As a facilitator and coach, Riddhika has designed and delivered culture change programmes for a range of leading organisations, including Bloomberg, Sky, Nestlé, Pfizer, and Schneider Electric. Her approach is rooted in creating the essential conditions for safety and alignment, partnering with C-suite, leadership, and functional teams to embed sustainable behaviours that honour the human experience as a fuel for performance. Riddhika is known for her ability to navigate the underlying patterns of a system, bridging the gap between high-level organisational objectives and the collective team climate required to deliver them.
