Tim is an OD facilitator, capability leader and team coach. He brings wide ranging experience aligning strategy, stakeholder, and business objectives to high impact capability development programs and initiatives. As a leadership, sales and business transformation specialist, Tim has worked across a range of complex and competitive industries and business sizes.
Tim is curious about exploring and facilitating the dynamics of strategy, change, interpersonal relations, power and sustainability in organisations. He draws on a systems psychodynamic perspective to make sense of patterns in organisational behaviour and to offer pragmatic and actionable, results-based interventions.
Tim believes in the power of organisation development initiatives to shape team culture, release new thinking, while lifting leader and employee engagement and retention. He has a particular affinity for leadership development and the impact it has to unlock the capacity of people and enable organisations to intelligently adapt and navigate complex environments.
An experienced executive and team coach, Tim is an accomplished and widely recognised facilitator and presenter.
